The second survey in the Local Voices program – a shorter ‘pulse’ survey – is now complete. Thank you to everyone who participated. Voconiq have now analysed the results of the pulse survey.
Chalice’s artificial cockatoo hollows project has seen plenty of activity over the last few months, with visits from a broad range of wildlife including Carnaby’s Black Cockatoos and Red-tailed Black Cockatoos.
Chalice Community Investment Program funding was proud to support the Goomalling Gumnuts Early Learning Centre with much needed renewal of their outdoor soft fall play surface.
The Toodyay chapter of the Country Women’s Association celebrated a number of milestones in April, with the 100th Anniversary of National Association and the 100th birthday of long-time member, Mavis. Also cause for celebration are the repairs to the roof of the CWA Hall.
Chalice Community Investment Program funding supported the Chittering Wildlife Carers to implement a sustainable Containers for Change recycling program.
Chalice supported the Bindoon Netball Club with much-needed upgrades to their facilities. The Club secured funding from Chalice and other local organisations
Chalice proudly hosted a certificate presentation to acknowledge the Yued heritage monitors who participated in the Phase 1 Julimar Project exploration program.

Chalice recently commenced a project with Carnaby’s Crusaders to investigate the suitability
of artificial hollows for nesting by Carnaby’s Black Cockatoos.
