The Gonneville Development Project

The Gonneville Project is a critical minerals mine development, located on Chalice-owned farmland approximately 70km north-east of Perth in the Wheatbelt region. The project hosts a deposit of critical minerals essential for technologies that will help address climate change.

Before a mine can be developed, the Gonneville Project must receive the approval of State and Commonwealth Governments. The Project is subject to comprehensive environmental assessment to evaluate the details of the proposed mine, its potential impacts and how those impacts will be managed. The process is expected to take approximately three years.
More information can be found under the Environmental Approvals tab or within our information sheets.

If you have been contacted by Chalice informing you of environmental surveys planned in your area, feel free to contact us at any time with questions via the details on the Contact Us page of this website.
